Marathon will not have any legal liability in such cases. All legal liability will belong to the customer.
The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provides when registering or shopping on the Site and/or Mobile Application is correct and that if this information is not correct, Maraton will immediately compensate all damages it may incur for this reason. Therefore, if payment is made to 3 people, the customer will also cover Maraton's damages.

3. Marathon Rights and Obligations
In the following cases, Maraton has the right to cancel the transactions in question, stop the Customer's use or unilaterally terminate this Agreement immediately, in addition to all its rights arising from the law. In case information containing false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules and that do not comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey is recorded on the Site and/or Mobile Application;
